 in response to whoknew...   Thanks but I am on Social Security,and I can't do the work I was doing before.So I am going to have to go to college and learn a new profession with a degree.I can't just walk away from S.S. simply because of insurance,I could not afford my Meds without it.

For the last 2 years too we have not got a raise on our Social Security from the government.Plus I got a letter last week from them that next month they are taking me from $963.79 a month to $749.00 next month,and $849.00 the following months for insurance premiums from now on out of my check from Social Security.

I am Bi-Polar and at 40 I am financially done,I worked for years but finally landed on S.S. disability.I want to go to School,start a business,live the American Dream?I need help with getting my life together,my bills are always due. I live day to day,I pray this gets better for me and the lord sends me help,I'm Ready.I need advice on entering College,I need advice on all I need to do that,I am disabled and want to have a permanent place to call home.I haave so much to give I just need a hand up not a hand out.I work on small motors like ATV's and Scooter Bikes,I would like advice on getting the Government to help me with a small loan to start a small Motor bike repair and sell shop.Their great for the environmental too.

I have been on both sides of the wall,once I was a working family man supporting me,my wife,and my two sons.Well me and her split after 19 years of marriage,my sons are grown pretty much and I love them all,yes still even my wife.My oldest son goes into the Navy in 2 weeks and my youngest goes into the Marines this Summer after he graduates High School this year.I am on disabilaty and renting a small one room apartment with just a small fridge and bed,T.V.internet hook up and thats it right now.Basically like a Motel room but you can rent by the month here and it's ridiculous what I pay,$450.00 a month when right now after my insurance,I only make $865.00 a month right and get like $25 dollars in food stamp and I am ashamed of myself because I can do better,I need just a hand up.I do believe in the Lord and I know things will get better,and I do every thing I can do to help myself and others.I need someone to help me please.
